I’ve been enjoying training hugely since my last post which has to be pretty good. I’m setting records and strong performances in my training so all is well in the lead up to the Spitfire 10k in 15 days time.
I’ve also now signed up for the Regents Park 10k just because I happen to be in London that weekend. Couldn’t resist really.
Just had a good recovery 5k run today and feeling pretty not long afterwards. Good start to the weekend but a tougher 60 min run tomorrow.
